What’s New?
After a couple of years of getting into the groove here at ‘The Family,’ we’re beginning to head in a fresh, new direction. With Deborah’s eye for crafting stunning spaces and Andy’s ability to turn dreams into reality, they make the ultimate team for opening ‘The Family’ as an events space! While we are focusing heavily on hosting weddings, we’re also loving every birthday celebration and work function that comes our way.
What has caused the change?
People, people, people. People are our passion. We have been blessed with so many new relationships and connections through this endeavor. Every time we open the restaurant, we are overwhelmed by the love and support from our community and even from those just passing through the Coromandel. Our hearts are full from all the beautiful people we have had the opportunity to meet while running ‘The Family.’ From this, a dream began to gain momentum. Our vision is to create a beautiful space where people can be honored with the perfect balance of rustic warmth and elegance. We’re excited about the more personal connections we will be able to form with this new direction we are taking.

It’s an ideal location with its capacity to host, cater, and hydrate – plus plenty of comfy beds for a good nights rest (or a merry stumble to bed). It’s got everything you need for a great evening, all in one location. Why we haven’t done this sooner is the biggest question.
